Shine Panel Care Membership Terms

1. Membership Inclusions:

   • One (1) solar panel clean per 12-month period

   • One (1) solar panel inspection per 12-month period

   • One (1) thermal imaging scan per 12-month period

   • Priority service scheduling

   • Continued validation of Shine Panel Care’s mesh warranty

   • All included services to be completed same day

2. Eligibility:

   • Must have had mesh installation completed by Shine Panel Care

   • Membership is available for residential systems only

3. Billing & Renewal:

   • Billed monthly at $25 via direct debit or credit card

   • Auto-renews unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • You may cancel anytime after the first 12 months

   • If you claim the annual clean or inspection and cancel within 12 months, a fee of $220 (equivalent value of service) will apply to cover costs

   • No refunds are provided for unused months or unclaimed services

5. Service Scheduling:

   • Clean and inspection dates are booked based on availability and weather conditions

   • You must book within your annual window (we’ll send reminders)
